Of course! It’s so soft! Not so fast. The “fatty” substance in fabric softener directly embeds itself into your fabric and gives it the soft feel we look for. The issue however is that our fabrics are designed to be breathable and the softener “clogs” the fabric which creates a cake-like layer over the fabric itself. Long term this can lead to a fabrics being less absorbent (towels and sheets). Use fabric softener occasionally, but don’t overdue it!
