What happens next?

Your Ian's Cleaners personal valet will begin picking up your items for dry cleaning on your pickup date. If you are available, your valet will make it a point to introduce himself or herself. Your valet will also deliver a few complimentary Ian's Cleaners “Magic Bags” to keep your items safe until your next pickup. You simply fill the bags and we pick them up on the schedule that you determine, expertly process your items (according to your preference) which are then delivered back you fresh and clean.
